They withdrew/cancelled their offer. Their reason? They want 4 bedrooms and to live in a different city. Why the hell did they make the offer?

Grrrr. So, if we don't sell in the next 80 days, we've forked over $125 in pest fees. I'm so all for suing them for it. Total crap, I say.UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGh
